The foundation of a global leader is its personnel. Noot Group’s role in Micron's recruiting effort was to increase awareness of the career opportunities at one of the leading semiconductor manufacturers in the world. We created advertising and recruitment collateral showcasing the opportunities and lifestyle afforded Micron employees. The best and brightest in the technology fields, both recent college graduates and experienced workers, were the target audience. The strategy was to set Micron apart in terms of the opportunities and rewards in joining a leader in the hi-tech field, and the fulfillment of an enriching life experience.
